Select an essential oil for your particular mood or physical need. If you want something relaxing, try lavender. If you want an uplifting scent, try sweet orange or geranium. Need to soothe the muscles? Try rosemary (avoid if you have high blood pressure). Add 1/4 ounce (a quick pour) of the oil blend to a filled tub and swirl throughout the water before getting in to soak. Be sure to keep the oil well dispersed as you bathe.
